Industrial Electrician – Traveling (CT Licensed)

Position Overview
In this role, you’ll work both locally in CT (about 50% of the time) and at out-of-state job sites (about 50% travel). You’ll perform a variety of industrial electrical work, including installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with opportunities to learn advanced industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Run rigid conduit and pull wire/cables
- Install cable tray systems
- Work from blueprints and schematics
- Install control wiring and build panels
- Install LED lighting systems
- Operate aerial lifts safely
- Wire PLCs and control cabinets
- Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables
- Work collaboratively with team members on large projects
Qualifications

Must have a valid Connecticut Journeyman Electrician’s License
- Strong desire to learn industrial electrical work
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Industrial experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits
- $42 – $48/hour starting pay (based on experience)
- $2,500 signing bonus
- $5.00/hour travel stipend
- All travel expenses paid by the company
- Annual performance bonus (3–6% of annual pay)
